Research
My research is deliberate and multi-layered. I combine qualitative interviews, ethnographic observation, journey mapping, co-creation sessions, and quantitative analysis to uncover what people truly need and how they actually behave. These insights become the foundation for reimagining experiences that deliver measurable business impact.

Experience strategy is about translating insights into actionable business opportunities. It demands the ability to move fluidly between macro and micro perspectives — from understanding the strategic value and market dynamics of an offering to obsessing over every pixel and message.
As a strategist, I guide initiatives end-to-end: framing complex challenges, uncovering meaningful insights through research, developing bold concepts, and driving them through to successful implementation.
